Hydrafill ® was launched in the UK in 2004.
Distributed by Inamed which is part of Allergan, made by Corneal one of the largest manufacturer of Hyaluronic acid.
Hydrafill is made from a cross linked hyaluronic acid similar to the body's own natural collagen. It is non animal in origin and does not require a patch test.
The hyaluronic acid is eventually broken down over the months leaving no trace of the filler.
The gel is injected into the skin with a very fine needle, that plumps out the skin filling lines, and deeper folds.

It is a safe treatment available in different formulations.

Hydrafill 1
For filling fine lines and fine wrinkles.

Hydrafill 2
For forehead wrinkles and moderate furrows e.g. glabella lines and mild to moderate nasal furrows and lips.

Hydrafill 3
For deep folds, facial contouring and lips. e.g. Naso labial folds, marionette folds, cheek enhancement, chin and jaw augmentation and adding volume to lips.

Hydrafill softline and softline max have been launched more recently they have been designed to last longer but still have a soft natural result.
